Kevin was knowledgeable and honest about the market. His estimate of what we would sell our home for was very accurate. He has also remained helpful following closing with lingering escrow issues. There was more than one occasion where the lawyers involved were dragging things along a bit unnecessarily. Kevin was able to gently intervene to help resolve the issues. We always felt he had our back and was not just interested in a quick sale. He really went above and beyond to get our home ready for closing, including meeting and coordinating contractors for last minute repairs and remediation.
